Payment Options

We accept credit cards (Master and Visa - 3D-Secure Code is required!), paypal and money order. For customers from Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Belgium and United Kingdom is the money order via immediate payment (Sofort Banking) additionally possible.

Returning Items

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days. You can choose between a refund, an exchange or store credit. Return delivery postage will not be refunded.

Please make sure to enclose a copy of the orginal invoice when returning an item. When returning a faulty item, please enclose a brief description of the defect and state as to whether you would like a refund, an exchange item or receive store credit.

• DVD and Software when no longer be sealed
• Newspapers, magazines and periodicals
• Items manufactured according to customer specification, including customised items and items personalised in any way
• Items which cannot be returned because of their nature, including perishable goods
• Books removed from their original packaging
